If you still wish to proceed with cancellation after shipment, there will be a charge of 30%-50% of the order amount to cover our storage, order preparation, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the item(s) you have purchased.

Products that are received with broken glass, dented shades, or frames, although not considered defective, can be rectified by replacing the glass or shades at no additional cost. However, if you prefer to return the item instead of receiving a replacement, it will be treated as a standard return, and a return fee of up to 35% may be charged. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.
