About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
We offer a complimentary cancellation option within the first 24 hours of placing your order, without requiring any specific reason. However, please note that once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to proceed with cancellation after shipment, there will be a charge of 30%-50% of the order amount to cover our storage, order preparation, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the item(s) you have purchased.
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
Products that are received with broken glass, dented shades, or frames, although not considered defective, can be rectified by replacing the glass or shades at no additional cost. However, if you prefer to return the item instead of receiving a replacement, it will be treated as a standard return, and a return fee of up to 35% may be charged. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). However, if you do not have a dimmable system at home, please contact us, and we will be happy to customize the lamp for you.For lamps equipped with LED chips, the light source inside cannot be changed. Typically, we offer warm light, cool light, and dimmable versions for these lamps. If the product page does not mention a dimmable version, please reach out to us for further information. We have the capability to make all lamps dimmable.
