However, please note that once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to proceed with cancellation after shipment, there will be a charge of 30%-50% of the order amount to cover our storage, order preparation, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the item(s) you have purchased.

2. What if I receive a damaged item?

Products that are received with broken glass, dented shades, or frames, although not considered defective, can be rectified by replacing the glass or shades at no additional cost. However, if you prefer to return the item instead of receiving a replacement, it will be treated as a standard return, and a return fee of up to 35% may be charged. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.

3. When will I receive the refund?

Typically, we offer warm light, cool light, and dimmable versions for these lamps. If the product page does not mention a dimmable version, please reach out to us for further information. We have the capability to make all lamps dimmable.
